City officials have confirmed that Dominique Goods-Burke, 34, became the eighth victim of the Philadelphia plane crash 2025. She died on April 27 from injuries sustained when debris from a Learjet 55 air ambulance struck her vehicle during the January 31 crash in northeast Philadelphia.
Goods-Burke had been out shopping with her fiancé, Steven Dreuitt, who died at the scene when their car caught fire. His son survived with serious burns.
Known as a beloved baking supervisor at High Point Cafe, colleagues remembered her as “an amazing mom and an incredible baker.”
The crash killed six people from Mexico aboard the jet, including a young girl returning home after medical treatment. About two dozen others were injured, and more than a dozen homes were damaged or destroyed.
The NTSB continues to investigate the cause of the crash, though officials confirmed the cockpit voice recorder was not working.
